I’d like to notify you of schedule for Degree change / Degree dropping out / Major Change in 2021-1st semester as below; if you would like to, please submit the documents ontime.

2) Reception: Jun, Juyoung (052-217-1803 / jyjeon326@unist.ac.kr / Bldg.108, U203-2 (2F))
3) The signature of department head on all the paper should be skipped.

1. Degree change : MS -> MS-Ph.D
1) Qualification : Taken more than 16 credits, GPA above 3.7
2) Documents : Application for Degree change (1st attached), Transcript

2. Degree dropping out : MS-Ph.D -> MS
1) Qualification: None
2) Documents : Application for Degree dropping out (2nd attached)
3) Note : Program duration of MS is 3 years (6 semesters), so you must graduate within 3 years (6th semester).
However, if you already have an excessive semester, you must graduate “the” semester you drop out the degree. Otherwise, you will get expelled.

3. Major Change: UEE (ESE/UIE/DME/CSA) -> Other department, major
1) Qualification: None
2) Documents : Application for Major Change (3rd attached)
