1. 논문심사위원위촉
1) Choose committee members : 04.30.(Mon) 9:00 ~05.18.(Fri) 18:00
– Portal – Academic Affairs – Graduation – Thesis/Dissertation Information

* The number of committee members
– Ms : 3 (1 External can be included)
– Ph.D : 5 (Up to 2 Externals can be included)

2) Submission of Application form : ~05.25(Fri)
– Submit to the office after print it out

3) Thesis Defense : ~06.15(Fri)
-> Let me know the defense time and place so that I could help you set up

* Things to bring to the defense
– Thesis ​(English)
– Evaluation form
– Approval of thesis
– Oral Test Evaluation Form (Only for MS)
* Evaluation of Presentation ability

4) Submission of “Approval of Thesis” : ~07.06.(Fri)

5) Submission of Thesis
– Online : 07.09.Mon)~07.11.(Wed)
– Hard Copy : 07.12.(Thu)~07.13.(Fri)
* MS : 2 (Library), 1 (Office)
Ph.D : 4 (Library), 1 (Office)

* Details would be notified to actual graduates after input of committee members.
