2020-1 Online lecture / Course change related FAQ

1. Online lecture ( Please go through the manual attached below)

– Access : Portal – Blackboard – Each course – Collaborate in real time

* Basically, you need to use personal computer (laptop), not mobile phone
* Internet explorer will not work, but Chrome/Firefox/Safari will
* Download the App in advance if you are to use
* Some courses will not be operated with Blackboard collaborate, so please check each announcement from the courses

2. Whether some courses registered during course change period pop up in real time?
– Student lists will be updated between class times
– You must change classes from 8:00 to 8:30; before the class starts
– You need to ask professor to send you the course link if you miss the right time to add the course

3. Inquiry regarding online class
– Lee, Sangjoon at U innovation center, (052-217-4108 / coolxjay@unist.ac.kr)
– Portal – Online class Q&A – Student – 1:1 Inquiry

4. Non-online classes of UEE (Makeup class later)
– Undergraduate : UIE307
– Graduate : DME521, EES503,EES652, ENV807, CSA717

5. Adding the class approved through course waiting system
– Portal – Academic Affairs- Course registration – Course waiting list – Add (This will be open from 03.16.(Mon) 08:00)

6. Adding the class approved by the prof through email
– Forwarding the email to the staff in office

7. (UG) Is it a must to apply for course counselling if I return late?
– Yes, you must apply for course counselling, or you can’t access the course registration at all

8. (UG) Inquiry regarding Leadership Program
– Kim, Hwanwook at Leadership center (052-217-4324, sports@unist.ac.kr )

9. Course drop period
– 03.23. ~ 04.03.
