2018.09.181) Nomination of Thesis Committee : 10.01(Mon)~11.16(Fri)

2) Submission of the paper of Nomination of Thesis Committee : ~11.19(Mon)
-> Submit it to the office
3) Thesis : ~12.14(Fri)
-> period : 2 weeks before the last day of the semester (12.14) ~ the last day
-> I’ll help you out with the set for the exam if you let me know the date / place.
* Preparation

– Paper of Thesis Approval (Attached)
4) Submission of Paper of Thesis Approval : ~2019.01.03.(Thu)
-> Usually, you bring it to the thesis exam and get the signatures of committee at once (Attached)
* More detailed information will be noticed to the actual graduates after the input of committee.
[2] 2019-1st semester 1) According to the regulation, “Pre-defense and Final defense shouldn’t be in the same semester”, if you are to graduate in 2019-1st semester,
you need to do pre-defense in 2018-2nd semester .
(Or you should have done before 2018-2nd semester.)
2) Pre-defense: ~12.14(Fri)

* Preparation for the pre-defense
– Thesis (in English)
– Pre-defense Evaluation form (Attached)
1) According to the regulation, “You must submit the research proposal 1 year before graduation”, you need to submit the research proposal.
2) Submission: ~11.19.(Mon)
– Research Proposal is a kind of summary of the thesis
– First page of it should be form (the attached) and it should be at least 30 pages
– Portal – Academic Affairs – Graduation – Thesis/Dissertation Info – Research Proposal Submission
* If you want to apply for course completion when you can’t submit the official English test score or thesis, use the attached form and submit it to the office (~11.19.(Mon))
